Scope of application
The general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all legal transactions concluded via the online shop of the website tinastamelou.com/shop (hereinafter referred to as “online shop”). Tina Stamelou Eccher, the operator of the online shop, reserves the right to change these GTC at any time. The version valid at the time of the order is applicable.
Products, prices and availability
The prices of the products offered in the online shop are only valid as long as the products can be found in the online shop and are in stock. The availability of the products offered on the website cannot be guaranteed. You will be informed when placing an order for a product that is not available.
Delivery and shipping costs
Shipping within Switzerland: All items are shipped within 72 hours with SwissPost and should reach the buyer on the working day following the day of shipment.
International shipping: All items are shipped with SwissPost and should be delivered within 3 – 7 days.
Shipping and handling costs are calculated separately from the product price at the end of the ordering process. For deliveries abroad, the buyer is responsible for any additional costs for taxes and customs duties and is obliged to accept the goods.
